Maria Vashchenko — Founder & CEO of Vashchenko Aircraft Innovations (VAI).
Her passion for aviation began with hang glider flights in 1988, which grew into a lifelong mission to advance modern aerospace technologies. She studied at Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute specializing as a chemical technologist, Brigham Young University–Idaho Business Management, and the Open International University of Human Development “Ukraine.”- Information and Analytical Communications in Management. In addition to leading VAI, Maria is also the founder of the Charitable Foundation “Star of Charity,” which implements numerous humanitarian projects.
Viktor Vashchenko – Founder and Chief Technical Officer of the company. He began his journey in aviation 46 years ago at the age of 14 by building a single-seat glider in his garage, on which he first took to the skies at 18. He organized several design bureaus and experimental production facilities for the development of aircraft V-24, VP-12, SL-122, and helicopters “Angel,” SL-222, VV-2, and is the author of these projects. He received his education at BLUGA, Kirovohrad Flight Academy, and KIIGA
Hanna Tatsenko - Director of Business Development, bringing a strong academic foundation with a BBA from Concordia University and a Master’s degree in International Relations with a focus on Supply Chain. She has extensive experience across all facets of the supply chain and a proven ability to manage complex logistics operations on a global scale. Beyond her professional expertise, Hanna has contributed to multiple humanitarian projects, combining her knowledge and leadership to drive impactful initiatives.
